Acceptable Use Policy

Table of Contents
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes how you may and may not use ProjectPro. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
2. Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any illegal activity or to facilitate illegal activity.
- Upload, transmit or store malware, viruses, ransomware or any malicious code.
- Send spam, unsolicited marketing or phishing messages.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, our infrastructure or our partners' systems.
- Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
- Scrape, crawl or use automated means to extract data beyond your own account, except where expressly permitted.
- Bypass usage quotas, rate limits, or any technical limitations of the Service.
- Resell or sublicense the Service without our written authorization.
- Use the Service to generate or distribute content that is defamatory, obscene, harassing, hateful, or that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights.
- Impersonate another person or company, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or company.
3. Customer Data Responsibility
When you store information about your clients (names, emails, phone numbers, addresses, project details), you act as a data controller under GDPR/UK-GDPR and similar laws. You are responsible for: (i) having a lawful basis to collect that data, (ii) informing your clients, and (iii) responding to their data subject requests.
4. Reporting Abuse
If you notice or suspect any violation of this AUP, please report it immediately to info@c-carpenter.org.
5. Enforcement
We may, at our sole discretion, investigate any reported violation and take appropriate action, including warning the user, suspending or terminating the account, deleting offending content, and cooperating with law-enforcement authorities.
