Quick summary

If you are not happy with your subscription, just email info@c-carpenter.org within 14 days of your first paid charge and we will refund you in full, no questions asked.

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions to ProjectPro (operated by C-Carpenter Ltd), regardless of the payment processor used (Stripe, Lemon Squeezy, PayPal). It does not apply to the Free plan, lifetime/complimentary plans, or any custom enterprise agreements that have their own terms.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first-time subscription purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 calendar days from the date of the original charge.

  • Applies to the first purchase of any paid plan.
  • Renewals are not covered by the 14-day guarantee (see Section 3).
  • Upgrades within the same billing period are pro-rated.

3. Renewals & Cancellations

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from the Subscription page; cancellation stops future renewals and access remains active until the end of the paid period. Refunds for accidental renewals are evaluated case-by-case if requested within 14 days of the renewal charge.

4. EU/UK Consumer Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of contract (Directive 2011/83/EU / UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). By starting to use the digital service immediately after purchase, you expressly request the service to begin during the withdrawal period and acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. Our 14-day money-back guarantee is provided in addition to your statutory rights.

5. How to Request a Refund

  • Email info@c-carpenter.org from the same email associated with your account.
  • Include your account email and (optional) the reason — your feedback helps us improve.
  • We will acknowledge within 1 business day and process the refund within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Exclusions

Refunds may be declined or pro-rated in cases of: (i) demonstrated abuse of the Service (mass duplicate accounts, fraud, chargeback abuse), (ii) violation of our Acceptable Use Policy, (iii) subscriptions older than 14 days for first-time buyers, or (iv) custom services with separate written terms.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — we resolve almost every issue within 24 hours. Chargebacks made without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension and additional banking fees.
